Locating Missing Beneficiaries in Estate Administration – Legal and Practical Issues
The presentation will take place on Wednesday 2 May at 6.30pm in the Merrion Hotel, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2.
John O’Connor Solicitor, TEP will deal with the legal aspects, case law and court applications in relation to Benjamin Orders. Eileen M. Ó Dúill, Certified Genealogist will deal with how a genealogist can assist solicitors and personal representatives in locating nearest next of kin on intestacy.
This seminar will be of benefit to members who deal estate administration and will give guidance as to how to deal with the problems that arise when potential beneficiaries cannot be located.
