The Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Bill 2013
The Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Bill passed all stages in the Dáil last Thursday and will be signed by the President in the next few days. The Act as passed by both Houses should be available over the coming days on the Oireachtas website.
