Probate Practice Update: STEP and Law Society Joint Seminar 2nd October 2015

The annual Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) seminar in partnership with Law Society Professional seminar will take place on Friday, 02 October 2015, from 2pm to 5pm in the Law Society.

This seminar aims to provide trust and estate practitioners with an essential overview of recent and on-going developments in probate and trust practice from a practical perspective. Topical issues of concern and interest ranging from the implications of the recent marriage referendum to Section 82 of the Finance Act 2014 will be presented by a panel of expert speakers. The speakers include Catherine Duggan BL, Muriel Walls, Finola O’Hanlon and Karl Dowling BL.
